WILMINGTON — Magdalene Eanes Myers, a cherished resident of Wilmington, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2025, at the age of 82.
She was born on January 31, 1943, in Hampton, Virginia, she was a respected figure in her community and played an influential role in the lives of countless individuals through her work in the Virginia School System. Mrs. Myers dedicated many years of her life to education, serving as a teacher, counselor, and principal before retiring.
Her remarkable career left a lasting impact and she was deeply appreciated by colleagues and students alike for her dedication and compassion.
A celebration will be held at a later date and will be announced.
