WILMINGTON — Get a taste of five downtown restaurants while helping a local food nonprofit on this weekend’s Taste Carolina Gourmet Tour.
Taking place on Saturday, June 13, the tour is partnering with area nonprofit Feast Down East, which strengthens the farming communities in and around the coastal region by providing resources, education, and distribution opportunities to farmers while addressing equitable food access.
Taste Carolina Tour will take place in downtown Wilmington and will include savory and sweet tastings at five locally owned restaurants, each paired with alcoholic sippers. The walking tour also introduces guests to the city’s best chefs and and historic downtown.
Tickets are $140 here, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Feast Down East.
