WILMINGTON — Brenda Jo Strong of Wilmington, NC, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2025 at the age of 77 at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare. Born on June 12, 1947, in Boardman, NC, Brenda brought warmth and light into the lives of all who knew her.
Brenda worked as a medical assistant during her lifetime, offering compassion and support to her patients.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin A. and Vina J. Seagroves, and her brothers Allen and Larry Seagroves. Brenda’s legacy continues through her devoted husband, Bermie Strong, her cherished daughter Lynn Stauble and son-in-law Adam, and her adored grandchildren Nick Stauble (Thalia) and Zachary Stauble (Dee), and many extended family and friends.
Though no services are planned, Brenda’s life and legacy will live on through those that knew and loved her.
