WILMINGTON — Julia Ivanow Kreer, 75, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center after a car accident.
Julia was born Sept. 4, 1944, in Tampa, Florida. She was the daughter of Mary Elizabeth (Tepe) and Alex Nicholas Ivanow. She resided in Wilmington and had attended George Washington University. She was a retired office manager. She was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous for 32 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Susan Piwowarski; son, Jeffrey David Kreer; and granddaughters, Ava Jane and Emma Kate Kreer.
A memorial visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m., Saturday, March 7, at Wilmington Funeral & Cremation, 1535 S. 41st St., Wilmington.
