SURF CITY — Jasper “Jack” H. Young, 79, died peacefully Jan. 31, 2017 at his home in Surf City. He was born Nov. 17, 1937.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Polly; children, Jackie Young (Lynn), Debbie Huckabee (Joe) and David Young (Janet); six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
There will be a private family memorial and celebration of his life.
