OCEAN ISLE BEACH — Agnes (Crager) Boleyn, age 94 of Ocean Isle Beach NC, formerly of Hueysville KY, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2025, at the Mcleod Seacoast Hospital in Little River, SC.
She was born on September 25, 1931, in Hueysville, Kentucky, to Melvin and Laura Crager of Handshoe, Kentucky. Agnes grew up in a large, loving family with six brothers and five sisters, where she learned the values of hard work, faith, and family that would guide her throughout her life.
In March of 1947, Agnes married the love of her life, Henry Boleyn. Together, they shared 52 wonderful years of marriage, building a strong foundation for their family that continues to this day. Agnes was a devoted wife and a loving mother to four children, a proud grandmother of six, great-grandmother of seven, and great-great-grandmother of three.
Agnes was known for her strong will, tireless work ethic, and deep love for her family. She found joy in gardening and took great pride in caring for her home and loved ones. Her strength, warmth, and generosity left an enduring mark on all who knew her. Agnes and Henry instilled values in their children that can only be found in a loving home.
Adrian is driven by love and dedication, she works tirelessly to provide for her family. Her warmth is felt through her home-cooked meals and the deep affection she shows her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Roy was a man of courage and integrity, always standing for what was right both in life and in his career in law enforcement. His great sense of humor brought warmth and laughter to everyone who knew him.
Betty is a determined and devoted wife whose love and perseverance guide everything she does. Deeply protective of her children, she stands as their constant source of strength and support.

These values that Agnes instilled in her children will carry her spirit forward for generations to come.
One of the brightest parts of her life was her special bond with her grandson, Zachary. From the time he was little, they shared an understanding that didn’t need many words. She helped raise him, and in return, he was there for her when she needed it most. Even as her hearing faded, Zachary always seemed to know how to reach her — with patience, a smile, or a gentle tease that would make her laugh. Somehow, he could get her to do things no one else could. Their love for each other was something truly special, a bond built on trust, laughter, and years of caring for one another.
