SOUTHPORT — Derrick L. Coleman, Sr., age 66, of Southport, NC passed away Friday, October 17, 2025.
A celebration of Mr. Coleman’s life will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Davis Funeral Home – Bolivia, 1705 Southport Supply Road SE, Bolivia, NC 28422. A viewing will be held one (1) hour prior to service.
Interment will follow at Cape Fear Memorial Park.
His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his children, Krystle Coleman and Derrick L. Coleman, Jr. both of Manhattan, NY, Crystalia Coleman, Chantel Coleman and bonus son, Devon Joyner all of Southport, NC; siblings, Ronald Coleman of Southport, NC, Linda Richardson of New York, NY, Bruce Wendell Coleman of Goldsboro, NC, Bryant Coleman and Michael Coleman both of New York, NY; special friend, Shawnte’ Joyner of Bolivia NC, 10 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
