CASTLE HAYNE — Hubert L. Bonds, age 80, of Castle Hayne, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023.
Public viewing will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S 5th Ave., Wilmington, NC 28401.
A celebration of Mr. Bonds’ life will be conducted at noon on Friday, May 26, 2023 at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S 5th Ave., Wilmington, NC 28401.
Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
His love and memories will remain in the heart of his wife, Ernestine Bonds of the home; sons, Rodney Bonds (Wytisha) and Craig Bonds (Loutea) both of Castle Hayne; siblings, Bobby Bonds (Johnnie) of Sacramento, CA, Derrick Bonds (Renee) of Memphis, TN, Lena Keitt of Holly Hill, SC, Mary Pledge of Bells, TN, Beverly Bonds of Jackson, TN, Debbie Beeler of Alamo, TN, Sandra Turner (Larry) of Jackson, TN and Janet Johnson (Leroy) of Alamo, TN, nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
