ASH — Mrs. Avada Young Stanley, 75, died Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at Brunswick Health & Rehab Center.
Viewing will be held from noon to 6 p.m., Monday, July 30, at the chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, 5190 Ocean Highway West, Shallotte. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, July 31, at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 7370 Mount Zion Church Road NW, Longwood. Burial will follow in the Mount Zion Cemetery, Longwood.
