LELAND — Margaret R. Brisbon, 75, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018.
She is survived by her sons, Carlos R. Brisbon (Wendy) of Durham and Cecil R. Brisbon (Lanita) of Charlotte; siblings, the Rev. Dr. De’Other Melvin (Carolyn) of Richlands, Jeremiah Melvin (Virginia) of Winnabow, Mary L. Williams of Wilmington, Doris A. Williams (Earl) of Nolanville, Texas, and Patricia A. Brisbon of Leland; six grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019, at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S. 5th Ave., Wilmington. A celebration of Ms. Brisbon’s life will be conducted at 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 4, at Salvation & Deliverance Family Worship Center, 4402 Northwest Road NE, Leland. Interment will follow in Skipper Hill Cemetery.
