WILMINGTON – The Wilmington Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a suspect in connection with multiple armed robberies that occurred this week.
According to the Wilmington Police Department, the suspect is described as a black male, 5 foot 8 to 5 foot 10, with an athletic build. He was wearing a grey “Ecko” hoodie, tied around his face and jeans. He also has a mustache.
The suspect is wanted for the armed robbery of Smoke Rings on South Kerr Avenue on Sunday, Nov. 26 and for the armed robbery of Tienda La Vaquita on Market Street on Thursday, Nov. 29.
According to witnesses at both locations, the man was armed with a silver pistol.
