WILMINGTON — With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Jeremy Ryan Huff, who left this world peacefully on October 16, 2025, at the age of 33.
Born on December 6, 1991, Jeremy was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend whose strength, humor, and heart touched everyone who knew him.
Jeremy faced every battle in life including his courageous fight with pancreatic cancer with unwavering bravery, faith, and determination. His resilience inspired everyone around him, and his ability to find light even in the darkest moments will forever be remembered.
Jeremy is survived by his loving parents, Joey and Pam Huff; sisters, Nicole Huff, Emily Huff, and brother Justin Hughes; nephew, Nolan Rogers; nieces, Emma McPherson and Anna Floyd; and uncles, Donnie Brock and Micheal Brock. Jeremy also leaves behind his loyal companion, Murphy, affectionately known as “Murph Dog,” who never left his side.
Jeremy will be remembered for his kind soul, contagious laugh, and deep love for his family and friends. He had a gift for bringing people together, offering comfort, and making others smile even when he was fighting his hardest battles.
