SHALLOTTE — Mrs. Ethel Lou Bland, 91, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, at her residence.
A viewing will be held from noon to 6 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 6, at the Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, 5190 Ocean Highway, West Shallotte, NC 28459. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church, 690 Seaside Road SW, Sunset Beach, NC, 28468. Burial will follow in Rasha-Baye Cemetery, Shallotte.
