2021 Freeman Park permits on sale Dec. 1

CAROLINA BEACH—Permits for Freeman Park will go on sale Dec. 1 with an early-bird discount in effect through Jan. 7.

Summers at Freeman Park always are in high demand for visitors, who enjoying driving their 4-by-4s onto the beach to camp, swim, fish, boat, and enjoy the north end of Carolina Beach.

Discounted year permits will be $110 as long as purchased by Jan. 7. After, prices go up to $225. Permits can be purchased online or in person at one of three locations:

  • Carolina Beach Town Hall, 1121 N. Lake Park Blvd. (910) 458-2999
  • Town of Carolina Beach Parking Office, 1708 Canal Dr. (910) 458-4614
  • Island True Value Tackle & Hardware, 801 N Lake Park Blvd. (910) 458-3049

When purchasing online, buyers still must pick up their pass in person at the parking office location.
