NEW HANOVER COUNTY — Residents interested in participating in county government have a chance.
New Hanover County has multiple positions open for select committees and boards. Applicants must be a resident of New Hanover County and can retrieve a form in person at the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, by calling 798-7149, or on the website here.
The application deadline is Nov. 20, and the board of commissioners will vote at its Dec. 11 meeting. Openings include:
