One victim suffering non-life-threatening gunshot wound

WILMINGTON — One victim was sent to the hospital Thursday evening after suffering from a gunshot wound.

Around 6:30 p.m., Wilmington Police Department units were dispatched to the 100 block of Hall Street following a ShotSpotter activation. Upon arrival, one victim was located with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The person was transported to Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
