A man was robbed at gunpoint while unloading his car after work this week.
Police responded to the 1500 block of South 13th Street for an armed robbery reported at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday, according to Wilmington Police Department Spokeswoman Cathryn Lindsay.
The victim said he was unloading his vehicle after work when he was robbed at gunpoint by two men outside his home, Lindsay said. The suspects are described as two black men who are about 5 feet 9 inches tall. They wore all black with black rags over their faces.

A Southport man has been charged with impersonating law enforcement in connection with a burglary and assault that injured a 48-year-old man Saturday.
Kyle Edward Brown, 31, of Spruce Road in Southport, has been charged with felony kidnapping, first-degree burglary, and larceny in connection with an incident reported Jan. 10, according to sheriff’s office spokeswoman Emily Flax.
Brown was charged in connection with a fist-degree burglary at an apartment in the 1300 block of Howe Street in Southport at midnight Jan. 10, according to warrants. A cell phone was taken from victim’s apartment.
Brown was also charged with assault inflicting serious injury and impersonating law enforcement, which are both misdemeanors, Flax said.
According to a warrant, Brown is charged with knocking on the door of the victim’s apartment and stating he was a with Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office. The victim was punched and his nose was fractured.
Brown was taken to the Brunswick County Detention Facility and placed under a $100,000 secured bond.
