Drug agents with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office and multiple local law enforcement agencies conducted an early morning drug roundup Wednesday in Brunswick County.
“Operation Christmas Crackdown” began around 6 a.m. Wednesday and targeted 34 suspects wanted for numerous narcotics violations. By 10 a.m., 23 suspects were arrested, booked and processed at the Brunswick County Detention Center, according to Sgt. Israel West.
