Officials with the North Carolina Department of Transportation’s Ferry Division announced the winter schedule for the Southport-Fort Fisher ferry began Monday, Oct. 1.
The winter schedule will be:
•Departing Southport at 5:30 a.m., 7 a.m., 7:45 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:15 a.m.,10:45 a.m., 11:30 a.m.,1 p.m., 1:45 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:15p.m., 4 p.m., 4:45 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.
•Departing Fort Fisher at 6:15 a.m., 7:45 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:15 a.m., 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:45 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 4 p.m., 4:45 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
