Jam band Leftover Salmon will be coming to Greenfield Lake this October, while nu-disco outfit Poolside will make its splash the month before.

Leftover Salmon has been around since 1989, blending bluegrass, rock, country, and Cajun/Zydeco. The seven-member outfit has released 12 albums to date, including 2023’s “Grass Roots.”

The album features covers of Seldom Scene, Bob Dylan, David Bromberg and Grateful Dead, with guest artists Billy Strings, Oliver Wood and Darol Anger.

L.A.-band Poolside is described as a “daytime disco” group, founded in 2011 by Jeffrey Paradise and Filip Nikolic. Nikolic left in 2017, but the group continues with Paradise pairing up on tour with Vito Roccoforte and Mattie Safer from The Rapture, Brijean Murphy of Toro y Moi and Casey Butler from Pharaohs.

Poolside has released numerous EPs and singles, as well as four albums to date independently. It’s most recent is 2021’s up-tempo “High Season,” a companion record to 2020’s more introspective “Low Season.” Paradise collaborated with L’Impératrice, DRAMA, Todd Edwards, Miami Horror, and others on its release.

Paradise signed with Ninja Tune/Counter Records and recently put out a new single “Each Night,” featuring Mazy.

Tickets to Poolside’s Sept. 30 show go on sale Thursday, June 29, here.
