Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation has opened a new location in the Wilmington area.
Located at 530 Causeway Drive in Wrightsville Beach, this branch will offer home loans as well as home loan refinancing. This is the 14th branch in North Carolina for Fairway, according to a press release from the company.
Fairway is committed to helping people all over the Carolinas buy homes. From contributing to foundations to give veterans mortgage-free homes to sponsoring local charities, Fairway plans to expand its giving in the Wilmington community, the release states.
“It’s long been a goal of mine to open an office in Wilmington,” branch manager Tom Tousignant said. “Not only is it one of the most beautiful areas in the Carolinas, I am the proud parent of two daughters attending UNCW. It’s a terrific area for people to live as well as own vacation homes, so we felt like there was an excellent market.
“We are excited to have this be our fifth location in North Carolina and look forward to helping people finance their dream homes in the Wilmington area.”
