Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has created a new vice president position to help manage the company’s growth in markets from Jacksonville to the South Carolina line.
Denise Kinney, a seven-year veteran of the company who has successfully managed four Sea Coast offices, was recently announced as the new vice president, director of sales, according to a press release. In this position, Kinney will manage the brokers-in-charge who oversee each of the company’s 11 offices, and will assist them in developing and executing new ideas to increase production, streamline operations and help the company’s more than 375 agents to better serve their buyers and sellers.
“With the strengthening of the market and our company’s position as No. 1 in the most homes sold, we’ve seen a significant increase in demand for services from both our agents and their customers,” said Tim Milam, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. “Denise can create systems that help our agents work more effectively, which in turn, ensures that our buyers and sellers receive superior customer service. Promoting Denise to this new position was an easy decision, as she has a very successful track record with our company.
“In each of the four offices she managed, she increased sales volume, agent recruiting, agent retention and agent production. Her enthusiasm and work ethic is highly regarded throughout the firm, and we are proud to welcome her to our executive management team.”
