WILMINGTON — Malakai Scott Jenkins, infant son of Travis and Katelyn Jenkins passed away on February 5, 2026.
Malakai was born at 5:51 am in the Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center in Bolivia and weighed 1 pound 3 ounces. He passed away at 11:25 pm at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. During his short life, he was surrounded by his mom, dad, and grandparents Kayla and Brandon Ray the entire time.
