CAROLINA BEACH — Peter Charles Boulter, 81, of Carolina Beach, passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2026.
He was born on September 23, 1944, in West Ham, London to the late Ernest Albert Boulter and the late Doris Lillian Tyrie.
Peter was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (The LDS Church) for most of his life. He attended the University of London where he graduated with a Master’s Degree in Statistics. Peter was a loving Husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend who will be missed dearly.
Peter is survived by his daughters, Keisha Boulter, Kaliyah Boulter, Melissa Smiley; his sons, Paul Heron, Davonte Boulter; his grandchildren, Elijah Akins, Isaac Smiley, Felicia Smiley, Joshua Smiley; his great grandchildren, Jaslyn Walker, Jordan Walker; his sister, Pauline Lewis; his brother, Brian Boulter; and many extended family and friends that loved him.
In addition to his parents, Peter was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carol Boulter; and his son, Adam Boulter.
