WILMINGTON — Catherine Hewett Rivenbark, age 80 passed away on May 19th, 2024 in Wilmington, North Carolina. “Kitty” as she was known was born in Wilmington, North Carolina on October 2, 1943 to Homer and Helen Hewett.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother: Homer Linwood Hewett Jr., Carl Edward Hewett and her aunts and uncles.
Kitty is survived by her son, Bobby Rivenbark; sister, Carol Hewett McCullen; grandchildren: Samantha Rivenbark, Ana King, Bert Rivenbark, Aiden Rivenbark; two nieces, two nephews and four great-grandchildren.
A Graveside service will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1311 Shipyard Boulevard, Wilmington, North Carolina 28412.
