CAROLINA BEACH — Jeffrey Victor Proetsch, 65, of Carolina Beach, NC, passed away April 15, 2023 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 25, 1957 in Wake County, NC to parents, Victor Gerhardt Proetsch and Beatrice Wilcox Proetsch.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Andrews Mortuary Valley Chapel. A visitation will take place one hour prior to the service time. Pastor Tim Russell will officiate.
