WILMINGTON — Stephen Randolph Horne, 30, died Sunday, May 6, 2018. He was born April 21, 1988, in Wilmington, the son of Ernie David Horne and Debra Shifflett Snow.
Stephen will be remembered for his big heart and his love of Wilmington, his hometown.
He is survived by his father, David Horne and Lynne Brown; mother, Debra Shifflett Snow, and her husband, Michael Snow; maternal grandmother, Erva Shifflett; brother, Zack Horne, and his wife, Heather; niece, Annabelle; nephews, Sawyer and Landon; aunts and uncles, Greg Horne, Debbie and Carl Bell, Sabrina and Pedro Rivera, Randy and Lisa Shifflett; and several great-aunts, great-uncles and many cousins.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 10, at Andrews Valley Chapel. Private graveside services will be held on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
