BOILING SPRING LAKES — Kristin Eve Johnson, 56, passed away Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, at her home with her children by her side.
Kristin was born May 25, 1961, daughter of the late Charles Kinney and Lois Smith Kinney. She was known for her loving and giving heart. Kristin never met a stranger and could always brighten your day with her contagious smile and laugh. Family meant the world to her, especially her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her four loving children, Tyler Johnson, and his wife, Cassandra, of Boiling Spring Lakes, Kaitlin Johnson of California, Garret Johnson and his significant other, Lindsey Reed, of Kansas and Tori Johnson of Raleigh; stepmother, Joan Kinney of Boiling Spring Lakes; sister, Kimberly Sullivan of Monroe; and three grandchildren, Jessa Massey, Hailey Johnson and Gavin Johnson.
Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 21, at Peacock-Newnam & White Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel with the Rev. Charles Drew officiating.
