Samuel Caden King, infant son of Daniel Adam and Allison Lowery King, of Leland, died Aug. 31, 2015. He was 8 pounds 4 ounces and 20 inches.
He is survived by his parents and big brother, Carter Ray King; paternal grandparents, Danny and Helen King; maternal grandparents, Judy and Bobby Reynolds and Wayne and Barbara Lowery; aunts and uncles, Leigh (George) King, Alicia Lowery, Austin Lowery, Kaleigh Lowery, Tabitha (Casey) Long and Carrie (Brad) Watson; and numerous cousins and other family.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, 2015, at Peacock-Newnam & White Funeral and Cremation Service in Southport. The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, 2015, at Elah Baptist Church in Leland, with the Rev. Kenneth W. Long Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at King Family Cemetery.
