Emilio “Ed” Marti, of Ocean Isle Beach, died Nov. 3, 2014, at the SECU Hospice House of Brunswick. He was 89.
He was born April 11, 1925, in Puerto Rico. Emilio was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Iris Marti.
Surviving are his three sons, Edwin, of Sunset Beach, David, of Ocean Isle Beach and Robert, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, at Brunswick Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow at Brunswick Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior.
