William “Captain Bill” Daniel Armstrong, of Bolivia, died Feb. 3, 2014, at his home. He was 66.
He was born Oct. 30, 1947, in West Virginia and was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Matthews.
He is survived by his brother, Michael Armstrong, of Charlotte.
