John Andrew Jackson, Jr., of Wilmington, died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013.
He was a simple man who loved to laugh and always had fun. Mr. Jackson loved to watch Nascar, especially Dale Earnhardt, and he loved to watch football.
He was born Sept. 9, 1960, in Virginia and is survived by his parents, Lonnie and Lillian Bearden; son, Jonathan Shane Jackson; brother, Lonnie C. Bearden; sisters, Anita Goens and Penny Jo Geverd and husband, Richard Jones; and one grandchild.
Services will be private.
