SOUTHPORT — The City of Southport has extra supplies of organic matter that will help with landscape and gardening.
The City of Southport Public Works Department is hosting a mulch giveaway. It’s free of charge and mulch can bee picked up by appointment only; large requests accepted.
A backhoe will be available to assist loading.
