WILMINGTON — Law enforcement has put out a missing person’s report for 14-year-old Keon Hester.
Hester, who weighs 100 pounds and stands 5-feet, 5-inches tall, has blonde hair and blue eyes.
The Wilmington Police Department has reported Hester as a juvenile runaway. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts should contact 910-343-3609.
