Payments for the taxes are due on Sept. 1. Bills can paid interest-free until January 5, 2023.
All property owners with escrow accounts covering their taxes will receive a courtesy notice of the bill and should confirm with their mortgage companies that their taxes are paid.

A stormwater fee for people in the unincorporated area is also listed as a line item.
Each bill will also include municipality taxes for City of Wilmington, and in the towns of Carolina, Kure and Wrightsville beaches.

- City of Wilmington Municipal Services District – 6.47 cents per $100
