BURGAW — A recent water line break has led to a loss of water at Penderlea School in Pender County.
The district announced Wednesday afternoon that it has provided both drinking water and water for sanitary purposes to maintain proper hygiene standards.
Classes are on as scheduled for Thursday, July 20.
According to the announcement, Pender County Schools is in communication with officials and anticipate additional updates will be provided as progress is made.
