WILMINGTON — Officers of the Wilmington Police Department have arrested Antonio Spencer, the man accused of assaulting a pregnant woman in Houston Moore last month; Spencer was also the victim in a shooting that took place later that same day.
According to WPD, “Police arrested Antonio Spencer Tuesday night after he was seen on video assaulting a pregnant woman in the Houston Moore housing complex on April 21. Spencer, 30, is charged with assault on a female, battery on an unborn child and [possession of a] firearm by a felon.”
He has been given a $101,000 secured bond.
