Wrightsville Beach Board of Alderman will welcome one new face following Tuesday’s election

WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH — The Town of Wrightsville Beach will welcome to the Board of Alderman Ken Dull after Tuesday’s municipal election.

Incumbent Mayor Bill Blair will serve another two-year term as the Mayor after running unopposed.

Hank Miller, another incumbent, will serve another term on the Board of Alderman after winning 466 votes, nearly 35 percent of all votes cast. Dull received the second most votes with 456 securing his spot on the board.

In total, five candidates were running for the Board of Alderman.

Lisa Weeks, a current Board of Alderman member was up for re-election but chose not to run in this election.
