LELAND — The Leland Police Department is actively looking for a man wanted for breaking and entering into motor vehicles.
On Sunday, 23-year-old Alexander Dequan Pellom is alleged to have broken into two motor vehicles and stolen firearms at a residence on Blake Circle and on Lincoln Place Circle in Leland.
He is wanted on two counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle and two counts of larceny of a firearm.
Detectives are actively investigating the case with the help of the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office.
Anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of Alexander Dequan Pellom is asked to call 911 immediately.
The Leland Police Department expects additional charges.
