WILMINGTON — The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a boat and trailer from Boats Unlimited, 7014 Market Street, Wilmington.
In a press release issued June 1, the sheriff’s office states the larceny occurred Sunday night, March 26, at approximately 10:45 p.m.
“Three suspects wearing hoodies can be seen on video,” the release states. “It is also believed that the same suspect is involved in a larceny of a trailer in Whiteville, N.C.”
The suspect vehicle is a white, Chevrolet, single-cab truck, possibly from the early 2000s.
“The suspect vehicle has reverse light on passenger side burnt out, no bed liner, full size spare on rear tire on driver’s side,” the release states.
