Enjoy a day of beauty for a good cause.

As part of a national initiative, Ulta, 840 Inspiration Drive in Mayfaire Town Center, holds its annual Cut-a-Thon from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 11.

During that time, stylists and estheticians will be on hand to offer up either a shampoo and haircut in the salon or a Microzone express skin treatment at the Dermologica Bar.

The cost for either service is a minimum donation of $10. All proceeds from the event will go directly to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Haircuts and skin treatments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are available as walk-ins only; appointments cannot be made.
