Detectives with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the community’s assistance in locating a woman missing from Calabash.
Jessica Leigh Edwards, 33, was last seen at about 4:30 p.m. Monday at her Carra Lane home, according to sheriff’s office spokeswoman Emily Flax.
Edwards is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 125 pounds. She has brown eyes and hair. Edwards has a tattoo of a dream catcher with “Lumbee” on her left arm. She also has a mole on her top lip.
Edwards was last seen wearing a green coat, jeans and flip-flops. She was driving an orange Mitsubishi Eclipse with tag number BBS-2942. She is not believed to be in any danger.
