No charges will be filed in a wreck that killed a bicyclist Saturday night on Oleander Drive.
Valente Palma Guerrero, 38, of Wilmington, died at about 11:54 p.m. Saturday, when he was struck by a minivan while riding a bicycle east in the 5800 block of Oleander Drive, according to Wilmington Police Department Spokeswoman Cathryn Lindsay.
The minivan was driven by 47-year-old taxi driver who was traveling in the same eastbound lane when Guerrero was hit on Oleander Drive, Lindsay said.
Guerrero died at the scene.
