In its 22nd year, Wilmington’s annual HomeEXPO & Remodeling Show arrives this weekend at Cape Fear Community College’s Schwartz Center.
Billed as “the area’s longest running home show as well as the area’s only locally produced home show,” it will feature more than 80 exhibits of the latest trends and angles in home improvement products and services.
The show, with free parking, will be Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 4 p.m. The Schwartz Center is at 601 N. Front St.
“This is the area’s largest home show featuring regional businesses and supporting our local economy,” said a release from the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association, which hosts the annual event.
It will also feature free seminars throughout. Topics will include landscaping and gardening tips, the art of couponing and simple home staging.
“Individual vendors will be offering a variety of prizes and incentives during the show including gift cards, pest control services, lawn service, gas cards, and more,” the announcement said.
