Career fair for part-time workers scheduled at CFCC

WILMINGTON — Workers searching for part-time employment can take part in a career fair at the end of the month.

Cape Fear Community College is hosting the event on Tuesday, Aug. 29, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Union Station Courtyard (behind 502 N. Front St. in downtown Wilmington).

The goal is to connect students, job seekers, and community members with different levels of part-time opportunities. Open to the public, people of different backgrounds, experiences and ages are welcome to connect to potential employers across multiple industries in need of part-time workers.

  • Wilson Center
