WILMINGTON — One of the Port City’s youngest and most ambitious chefs will appear on the Food Network’s “Chopped Jr.” this week.
Stefano Dongowski will appear in episode “Heads will roll,” but before he makes his television debut, he talked about New York City and the experience of cooking on live television. The young chef has set the bar high for himself, looking up to world-class chefs including Michael Psilakis and Massimo Bottura. Dongowski said he hopes his performance on “Chopped Jr.” will help him launch his entrepreneurial venture – Spice Squad – a retail spice blend company.
