Crews with the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority are responding to a leak near the intersection of South Kerr Avenue and Cinema Drive.
A notice from the CFPUA states the outer southbound lane of Kerr will be shifted to the center turn lane during the repair. Traffic will be maintained in both directions, and no interruption in service for area customers is planned during the repair.
The traffic pattern should be in place until approximately 4 p.m. The City of Wilmington streets department has been contacted to assist with patching the road.
