The Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) has studied the risk factors and needs of Juvenile Court involved youth in this county and hereby publishes this Request for Proposals. The JCPC anticipates funds from the North Carolina Department of Public Safety (NC DPS) Division of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (DJJDP) in the amount of $242,486 to fund the program types specified in the full Request for Proposals (RFP). Such programs will serve delinquent and at-risk youth for the state fiscal year 2024-2025 beginning on, or after, July 1, 2024. The use of these funds in this county require a local match of 20% (percent). The county can approve programs for one (1) year funding award, dependent on county approval and programs meeting all requirements.
Only local public agencies, 501c3 non-profit corporations, and local housing authorities will be considered for funding.

Applications must be received by no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on March 1, 2024.
