Scallop — Pan-seared, NC corn and okra succotash, honey-chipotle crema, miso garlic
Risotto — Fresh herb and lemon, snow peas, pea tendrils
Cornbread — Grilled, served with green tomato jam, smoked pork belly, black pepper basil whipped cream

Strawberry Salad — Arugula, strawberry, toasted almond, brie, strawberry vinaigrette
Gazpacho — Roasted tomato, watermelon, almond oil, micro basil

COURSE 3
Choose an entree
Snapper — Roasted, honey-soy glaze, parsnip puree, Brussels sprouts, Pancetta
Chicken — Roasted, bourbon-peach glaze, celery root, walnuts, broccolini
Watermelon — Grilled, served with strawberry agrodolce, lemon-herb quinoa, asparagus
COURSE 4
Choose dessert
Panna Cotta — Strawberry, rhubarb whipped cream, freeze-dried berries
Strawberry Shortcake — Strawberry-basil compote, whipped cream
