ROCKY POINT — James Wendell Randolph, age 70, of Rocky Point, NC passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday September 29, 2026, at Novant NHRMC in Wilmington, NC.
Wendell was born in Horry County, SC on August 20, 1956, to James Carroll Randolph and Irene Bullock.
Wendell was preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother Kenny Randolph.
Wendell was a loving son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather, and friend to many.
Wendell is survived by his son, Joshua Wendell Randolph and wife Marie; two sisters, Sandra Flewwellin, Janice Hill and her husband Ted; three grandchildren, Cameron Elizabeth Randolph, Jackson Wendell Randolph, and Brianna Wilkie. He also had several nieces and nephews that loved him dearly.
There will be no services at this time.
A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later time.
